Hien’s expertise and attention to detail can’t be faulted!!! She is professional, gentle, and always listens to what I want for both my lashes and brows. My lashes are always full, fluffy and perfectly customised to my eye shape. Hien always PERFECTLY waxes my eyebrows while still maintaining my natural shape. I trust Hien with all my beauty needs and couldn’t recommend her enough!!

I have been a long-term customer and I always love coming to Luxe and Foxy’s place. I keep returning because the service is consistently excellent. I have quite a lot of experience with eyelash extensions and have had them done in many places, both in Australia and overseas, but this place truly stands out. The work is always very professional and done in a timely manner. Hien uses very high-quality materials, and I have never experienced any problems such as red eyes or irritation. Hien is always kind, welcoming, and very accommodating if any adjustments are needed. I absolutely love this place and would highly recommend it to anyone — especially to ladies who want beautiful eyelashes and reliable, professional service.

Hands down the most accommodating and patient person I have ever met, Hien takes special care of me and my lashes. I naturally have teary eyes, and at every appointment, I feel relaxed and comfortable. My lashes last and are very comfortable. I always get comments on how natural and beautiful they look. I won't go to anyone else and highly recommend.

I honestly cannot recommend Hien enough — she is hands down the most amazing lash artist ever! When I first started seeing Hien about two years ago, I had no idea what style would suit my eye shape. I was completely unsure, but she took the time to assess everything and chose the perfect set for me. The results were beyond anything I expected — I was instantly obsessed! She absolutely nailed it. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she’s also one of the most supportive and caring people you’ll ever meet. She always has the best advice, whether it’s about lashes or life in general. Every appointment feels like a therapy session in the best way possible. Her studio has the most calming atmosphere — I genuinely forget I’m even getting my lashes done because I’m so relaxed. The entire experience is just peaceful and comforting from start to finish. The past two years with Hien have been nothing short of amazing, and I truly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes. I’ve been seeing Hien for 7 years now and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes! I was so nervous at my first appointment, but she talked me through everything and made me feel completely at ease now I end up having the best lash naps 🤭. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and always honest about what your natural lashes can handle. If a style isn’t suitable, she’ll recommend something that will still look beautiful while keeping your lashes healthy. She’s also extremely hygienic and professional, which makes you feel even more comfortable and confident in her work. She’s so warm and accommodating whether it’s a last-minute appointment or fitting you in when there’s a cancellation. Her books fill up quickly every month, which honestly says it all. Best in the business - highly, highly recommend! 💕
